Michelle aligns people-strategies with business objectives, strengthening leadership and organizational effectiveness, and cultivating the capabilities Edgewell needs to drive sustainable growth and long-term value creation.
Anthony Freve serves as the Chief Supply Chain Officer at Edgewell Personal Care. In this capacity, he motivates and leads our global Supply Chain and Operations teams, while collaborating with business partners, suppliers, customers and third parties to drive value through improvements in productivity and service.
Tony Lorman is the Senior Vice President for EMEIA Pacific at Edgewell Personal Care, overseeing markets across Europe, the Middle East, Indonesia, Africa, and the Pacific. In this role, he leads the transformation of Edgewell’s business across more than 50 markets, driving sustainable growth and fostering a culture where innovation, inclusion, and responsible leadership thrive.
Hideo Goto serves as the Senior Vice President of North Asia and President of Schick Japan. Hideo joined Edgewell in 2022 and successfully turned around the business in Japan transforming Schick Japan from a single-track shaving business, into an expanded beauty and grooming company.
