Alison Jones
Alison Jones is the Vice President of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) at Edgewell Personal Care where she is responsible for developing, executing and sustaining the DEI program and objectives which drive meaningful change.
She works closely with Executive Leadership, cross-functional partners and Teammate Resource Groups (TRG) to ensure DEI strategy reflects the company’s purpose, values, and behaviors. Alison deploys strategic DEI initiatives, including designing and implementing key policies, programs and training to comply with all regulatory requirements. She works to develop and deliver educational DEI training programs for all levels of the organization and collaborates with HR on inclusive recruitment and retention practices. Alison ensures that DEI is embedded into all areas of Edgewell’s culture and that teammates are able to show up authentically and are celebrated for their uniqueness. Alison is a passionate leader who brings more than two decades of experience to the role.
Alison is an established leader with more than 25 years of experience leading teams and driving results. Prior to this role, she previously held the role of Vice President of Operations, Billie, assisting with integrating the acquired brand into the Edgewell portfolio. While in this role, she worked outside of her day-to-day responsibilities to also launch one of the company’s TRGs, QueerBillies, which supports Billie’s LGBTQ+ teammates and the C.A.R.E. TRG, supporting Edgewell’s multicultural community. Prior to that she served as the Vice President of Supply Chain at Edgewell, managing business processes and streamlining retail execution.
Earlier in her career, Alison’s supported diverse organizations in addition to her extensive experience and impressive career in Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Logistics. Her accomplishments include being a leader in the Society of Black Professionals at Corning, Inc., to managing Mars’s philanthropic giving out of Bentonville, AR and launching a local chapter of Women of Mars.
Alison earned a Master degree in Materials Science and Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Howard University.
