You will be redirected to a dedicated platform operated by our partner TrustArc and will be invited to provide your full name and email. We also invite you to provide your company name to the assessment and the software name you are using under "assessment name" - if any, to allow for easy identification of your submitted answers.

The assessment requires you to provide detailed responses to the following sections, which cover various aspects of your IT infrastructure, data protection practices, and compliance with relevant regulations. Your cooperation will help us maintain a secure and compliant environment for our mutual benefit.

1. Vendor Identification, where you'll share basic details about your company and the services or software you offer.
2. Cyber Evaluation of your practices based on the type of data you'll manage for us.
3. Privacy Evaluation of your practices based on the personal data you'll handle for us.
4. AI Evaluation of your practices, if pertinent.

You will have one month to finish this assessment, with reminders sent to you every four days. You can begin the assessment and return to it later by using the same email address.

We estimate the assessment will take 30 to 60 minutes, depending on data complexity and your security measures.
