At Edgewell Personal Care, we stand behind our products and quality controls, and we’re confident you’re going to trust our products for years to come with your personal care. If, however, you are not satisfied with one of the brands of product listed below that you purchased from one of our websites or one of our authorized sellers in the United States, please reach out to us within 45 days from the date of purchase and we’ll work to make it right. Please note that because we are unable to control the quality of our products sold by unauthorized sellers, unless otherwise prohibited by law, our Guarantee is not available for products purchased from unauthorized sellers, including unauthorized internet sites. The Guarantee is also limited to original, end-user purchasers in the United States and one claim per household.

How to Claim the Guarantee
If you did not purchase your product from us, we kindly ask that you first contact the retailer from which you purchased your product to inquire about its return policy. If your retailer is unable to address your concerns, please contact us. To submit a Guarantee request, please contact the applicable brand using the above contact details. Please describe the reason for your dissatisfaction and have information available regarding where and when you purchased your product. You will be asked to provide proof of purchase (for example, a receipt) and submit photos of your product or its packaging. You may also be asked to provide other information to assist us in processing your request. You must submit your Guarantee request within 45 days of the date of purchase.
Guarantee Guidelines
We reserve the right to verify information, require a valid proof of purchase, and to deny Guarantee requests in our discretion in cases of suspected fraud or where we conclude that the purchaser has abused the Guarantee. We may amend or terminate our Guarantee at any time without notice.
