Tony Lorman

Tony Lorman is the Senior Vice President for EMEIA Pacific at Edgewell Personal Care, overseeing markets across Europe, the Middle East, Indonesia, Africa, and the Pacific. In this role, he leads the transformation of Edgewell’s business across more than 50 markets, driving sustainable growth and fostering a culture where innovation, inclusion, and responsible leadership thrive.

With over 25 years of experience in the fast-moving consumer goods sector, Tony has built a reputation for leading high-performing teams and delivering lasting growth across diverse regions and categories. He began his career in manufacturing, leading a production facility, an experience that shaped his belief in the power of collaboration and inspired his enduring focus on developing strong, empowered teams.

Before joining Edgewell, Tony held senior commercial and general management roles at PepsiCo, Mars and Danone, where he drove business transformation, accelerated growth, and strengthened organizational capability across Europe and beyond.

Tony holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Food Production, Development and Retailing from Bournemouth University and has completed executive management programs at INSEAD and IMD.

Beyond his corporate role, Tony is passionate about making a positive impact in society. He serves as a Board Trustee for several charities, supporting organizations dedicated to growth, inclusion, and meaningful change in their communities.
