Michelle Mason

Michelle Mason serves as the Chief People Officer at Edgewell Personal Care. In this role, she leads the strategic agenda for the company’s global talent by driving growth, navigating change, nurturing culture, and delivering innovative people solutions. Michelle aligns people-strategies with business objectives, strengthening leadership and organizational effectiveness, and cultivating the capabilities Edgewell needs to drive sustainable growth and long-term value creation.

A veteran leader with more than 25 years of international experience, Michelle brings a powerful combination of global consumer products experience, enterprise transformation leadership, and deep expertise in executive coaching and high-performance teambuilding.

Prior to Edgewell, Michelle held a succession of senior and executive roles in Global Business Services, Professional Education and Human Resources at Procter & Gamble, Wella, and Coty. She previously served as the Chief People & Culture Officer at West Dermatology, Chief HR Officer at Talent.com and Chief HR Officer at Hornblower Group.

Michelle earned her Bachelor of Science and Master of Science degrees from Cornell University.
