Anthony Freve

Anthony Freve serves as the Chief Supply Chain Officer at Edgewell Personal Care. In this capacity, he motivates and leads our global Supply Chain and Operations teams, while collaborating with business partners, suppliers, customers and third parties to drive value through improvements in productivity and service.

Anthony carries 30 years of experience leading complex manufacturing, distribution, procurement, logistics and product supply organizations. He is an accomplished supply chain leader with a passion for developing high-performing teams. He is a champion of Operational Excellence as the foundation for transforming supply chain performance, driving efficiency, agility and long-term value creation across the organization.

Prior to joining Edgewell, Anthony served as the Senior Vice President of America’s Supply Chain and Operations at Perrigo where he led transformative initiatives that strengthened service levels, improved manufacturing performance and enhanced profitability across the organization. Before that, he spent almost three decades at Procter & Gamble, where he held a series of increasingly senior leadership roles across Global Product Supply and North American Operations. Throughout his tenure, he was responsible for large-scale manufacturing operations, innovation commercialization and supply chain transformation initiatives that delivered substantial business growth, service improvements and cost savings.

Anthony previously served as an Officer in the United States Army and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Clarkson University.
