Across a world of opportunities
Whatever your specialty, you’ll find potential to grow at Edgewell.
We consider every role as an integral piece of a greater partnership. We nurture a culture of teamwork and mutual respect within every department and believe job descriptions should be springboards, not boundaries. We believe investing in your development is important both to grow our company for the future—and to provide personal and professional growth throughout the course of your career.
Finance + Controllership
Edgewell’s Finance & Controllership group stretches beyond traditional accounting and treasury responsibilities—and the global scope of our work ensures that every day is different. Whether it’s currency or commodity movements, changes in a specific country’s economy or political system, or integrating a recent acquisition, we have to be prepared for anything and willing to chart the unknown.
Finance & Controllership is a collaborative culture, frequently contributing to cross-functional projects and business teams. We work in partnership with other groups to better assess business opportunities and influence strategic decisions. Despite working on major issues, we maintain an intimate feel to our operations; your input will be sought out and appreciated.
We look for confident challengers who never stop learning and constantly bring fresh perspectives. You’ll be empowered to determine and implement changes across a broad range of responsibilities. And we extend this philosophy to your career path—by helping you evolve as business opportunities and your experience develop.
General Management is a unique role within Edgewell, where all functions converge, requiring you to take on responsibility for every facet of the company in a particular country or regional hub. We expect you to lead by example and exemplify our values, motivating others to do their best work and drive the business forward. It’s great training to become a senior executive in the company.
Success in General Management means building a cohesive team, delivering on business goals, and taking on ownership for the total P&L of your country. By gaining a wide range of experience and exposure in many aspects of the business—including sales, marketing, trade relations—it’s a role that develops your leadership skills.
General Managers inspire others to succeed. The role requires not just a passion to lead, but the humility to understand that you succeed only when your colleagues do. You are also the standard-bearer of our values; you ensure that our customers, colleagues, and consumers can always count on Edgewell to do the right thing.
At Edgewell, HR has a seat at the table—and we use that opportunity to actively engage our business teams to influence decisions and results. With our focus on Centers of Excellence, you’ll have the opportunity to excel in key areas while still engaging in the full range of HR responsibilities: business partnering, strategic planning, training and development, compensation & benefits, employee relations, recruitment/retention, succession planning, and more.
In HR, we give you a working knowledge of all company operations so that you can make more informed and proactive contributions. From visiting a retailer to better understand business challenges or touring a new plant to offer insights on staffing needs, understanding all facets of our organization is crucial to your—and our—success.
The dynamic nature of your job, combined with Edgewell’s global diversity, means you’ll face new challenges every day. We expect you to take initiative, collaborate on and develop solutions, determine the right course of action, and implement change. So your efforts will not only have an immediate impact today but also influence global strategy for years ahead.

This is why we work closely with multiple teams across the organization—from finance and controllership, supply chain to plant operations and HR—to better understand each function’s individual operations and business objectives.

As a values-driven business, Edgewell places a premium on doing the right thing. The Legal team exemplifies this, operating with the highest ethical standards within the department and promoting those standards across the company.
Our primary responsibility is to ensure that our company and colleagues comply with all applicable laws, while also keeping an eye out for legal trends that may affect our success. You are expected to be more than just a resource for legal information: you also need to know our business goals and understand the changing global business environment, to apply the law and our principles to the real practice of helping grow our business.
At Edgewell, you’ll have the opportunity to work with colleagues across all of our functional areas and departments, and to face new challenges every day. This broad perspective and exposure to the wider business will allow you to develop keener insights and identify smarter solutions to help Edgewell meet those challenges.
Manufacturing + Operations
Manufacturing & Operations is an agile and proactive function deeply intertwined with departments across the organization—because we believe that you have to understand the entire supply chain to make the optimal product in the best possible way.
Our Operations group ensures plants produce exactly what is needed, because reducing waste has a direct effect, not just on our profits and efficiency, but also on our planet. To achieve this, we emphasize cross-functional communication—from sales and marketing to account-level execution—and focus on the essentials of optimizing efficiency (people, machines, materials, and methods).
The Operations role is fluid and provides exposure to all facets of the supply chain—from working with accounts to collaborating with Research, Development & Engineering. Your diverse responsibilities will include managing inventory, costs, people, and communications. The role demands technical competence, interpersonal excellence, and a constant drive to challenge the status quo.
Edgewell’s global portfolio gives our Marketing team the opportunity to work across a broad range of established brands: from Schick® and Wilkinson Sword® shaving systems, to Hawaiian Tropic® and Banana Boat® Sun Care, to Playtex® Feminine and Infant Care, to Stayfree® and Carefree® Feminine Care, among others. This diversity of brands gives you plenty of opportunity to develop your skills.
The role requires engagement with both the theoretical and executional elements of marketing—from concept creation to visibility in the market. Country-specific Marketing teams work closely with more specialized marketing-related groups including Global Business Management, Global Consumer Insights, and Global Brand Communications.
All have an entrepreneurial culture that places a premium on innovation and creativity driven by strategic insight. You are encouraged to take calculated risks, to try new things without being fearful, to propose new ways of solving complex challenges. You should be prepared and excited to work outside your job description, including getting out into the field with sales colleagues.
As a challenger company, we’re smaller than many of our competitors but far more agile—so those of us in Marketing never sit back and simply defend market share. We see ourselves as architects of growth in all areas and across all brands -and we bring this spirit to everything we do.
Procurement is a dynamic team of talented, highly motivated professionals responsible for developing Edgewell’s global sourcing strategy. We oversee the establishment of fundamental requirements and sourcing activities such as market benchmarking, supplier evaluation, contract negotiation, and relationship management.
Our mission is to source high-quality goods and services on time and at an optimal cost—delivering value to Edgewell’s bottom line. We achieve our goals by working closely with our colleagues and building strong relationships both across the business and with external partners.
Procurement values professionals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and exemplify ingenuity. We look for team members who share our vision of collaboration and demonstrate a passion to deliver on our mission each day.
Engineering + R&D
Innovation drives success. From how we get things done to how we develop our products, we’re committed to employing technology in smart and innovative ways. All in the service of bringing our consumers new-to-the-world products that meet their needs better than those offered by anyone else.
Engineers love to be challenged. At Edgewell, we offer a diverse range of R&D challenges and a team-based, cross-functional approach to cracking them. Whether your specialty is Equipment, Quality Control, Industrial, or Research & Development, we have a need for your talents. We have access to the latest technology and use hands-on experimentation to solve technical problems as well as discover new ways to innovate.
Edgewell is big, but not too big—allowing for genuine collaboration across roles and specializations. We harness the passion and curiosity of everyone on our team to bring fresh thinking to every product we create.
We offer a flexible career path, whether you want to be hands-on technical, move into the management side of Engineering, or use engineering as a springboard into other business functions.
Edgewell constantly strives for innovation and growth, and that’s particularly true for our Sales team. New ideas are strongly emphasized here, and everyone is encouraged to take risks and seek out fresh approaches without the fear of failure. We operate in an empowered, non-bureaucratic manner—where you are expected to make things happen and have a positive impact.
Our challenger culture is recognized and valued by our customers. Being an engaged partner that listens to their needs allows us to provide solutions that exceed their expectations and that, in turn, builds deeper and more productive relationships.
Internally, our success relies on close collaboration with departments across the business—Marketing, Sales Planning, Finance, Operations, R&D, and Customer Service. This cross-functional exposure expands your experience and opens up new career opportunities.
Edgewell is a growing organization that offers self-motivated team players the chance to compete, rise to a challenge, and learn new skills and approaches along the way.
Supply Chain means more than “moving boxes.” We’re a strategic business partner that provides insights and analysis, sparks smarter solutions for our customers, and improves the company’s overall agility and excellence.
